ConfirmationStep 2: Confirmation

We love to help.
We will provide you a quotation within 1-2 working days upon receiving your order. You can then place your order with us by sending an email confirmation. A mock up template will be sent to you for verification before proceeding for production.

 


ProductionStep 3: Production

We love to make and print.
Orders will be sent for production.
Lead time required for most apparel will be (subject to the availability of the fabrics and stocks required):
– Less than 500pcs: 8-10 working days
– More than 500pcs: 12-15 working days
Kindly inform us if you are looking for express production, 4-7 working days.


Step 4: Delivery

We love to deliver.
A notification email or message will be sent to you once the apparel is ready. We will arrange an agreed date and time to deliver them to you.
– Free delivery will be provided for sales order of SGD$300 and more.
– For self-collection, kindly contact our Ti consultants to arrange.
– A SGD$15.00 delivery fee will be charged if you required for a specific date and time of delivery to a confirmed destination.


After SaleStep 5: After Sales

We love 100% customer satisfaction.
We will provide a one-to-one exchange or a repair service for apparels that are damaged or have any other defects. You must contact and notify us on the defects within 5 working days after the apparels are delivered. Do check the goods upon receiving them.
